Our preventative maintenance services are generally performed twice annually: once in the spring at the start of the cooling season and again in the fall to prepare for the heating season. Cleaning, lubricating, inspecting, testing and adjusting are combined with filter replacement. Springtime maintenance also includes a belt replacement to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth, reliable operation.
